Nice and cosy house with swimming pool (size 8m by 4m)in a park like complex guarded by day and night. Cable TV with international programmes and wireless internet. Situated close to Nice and Cannes the complex is accessible only by badge or by registration. The large, well kept park encloses three lakes, shops, a restaurant and a Bistrot with delivery service and tennis courts.
Five min. to the autobahn access, 10 min. to the beaches of Villeneuve Loubet, 15 min. to Nice and the airport, 20 min. to St. Paul de Vence and 30 min. to Cannes. Close to several Golf courts e.g. Valbonne, Biot, Cannes.
						Located left from the entrance are the living room with dining area and the kitchen. The living room has a chimney and a large TV. Sliding French windows open onto a roofed terrace with table and seats and an electric barbecue. The open kitchen (separated by a bar) is equipped with dishwasher, 4-flame ceramic stove top, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator - freezer, coffee and Nespresso machines.
		Situated right from the entrance are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate toilet. The bedroom at the end of the aisle has a double bed (1.40m large). The other bedroom is oriented to the pool and garden side, accessible through sliding French windows.It has a double bed (1.60m large),
