Spacious, new standalone house on two levels. Well equipped. Very quiet location with nice views on the sea and the pine trees from the living room and the pool area. The swimming pool measures 10 m by 3.3 m. Four bedrooms with nice private bathrooms. Reversible air condition (cooling/heating) in all rooms. Internet connection and alarm system. Roughly 2 km from the beautiful "Nartelle" beach with its restaurants. 2.5 km from the shops and restaurants in the centre of Ste. Maxime. About 1 km from the golf course. Boat shuttle from the harbour to St. Tropez (15 min).
						The entrance on the upper level leads to the living room with dinette and open kitchen. Sliding windows open onto the pool area. The third bedroom has a double bed (1.4 m large, 1.9 m long) and a bathroom with washstand, shower and toilet.
		A roofed terrace with direct access to the kitchen is situated close to the swimming pool.
