Luxurious, secluded two storey villa on grounds of 3000 sqm. Swimming pool (10.5 m by 6 m), poolhouse with grill and large garden with own boule court. 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms. The house has air condition, wireless LAN, an alarm system and an electric portal. Spacious Garage and parking on the grounds.
Roughly 1 km to the beaches of La Nartelle with several restaurants and their private beaches. About 3 km to the centre of Ste. Maxime with its shops and restaurants and from the golf course. There is a ship connection between Ste. Maxime and St. Tropez.
						The ground floor consits of an open kitchen with adjoining pantry, a large living room (70 sqm) with dinette and a master bedroom with private bath. sliding windows open onto the pool terrace and the partly roofed balcony. The kitchen equipment includes a big refrigerator, a dishwasher, a stove with three flame top, a microwave, two coffee machines and a toaster. A freezer and the washing machine are in the pantry. A separate toilet at the entrance.
		The dinette is placed opposite to the kitchen. The lounge takes the rest of the room. As internet TV is installed, there is a limited choice of foreign programmes. A staircase leads to the first floor. Beside it is the master bedroom with two beds (80 cm wide), a private bathroom, a balcony and a TV set. The bathroom contains 2 washstands, a corner bathtub with Jacuzzi, a shower and a toilet. A dressing belongs to the master bedroom.
		Four bedrooms with private bathrooms are on the first floor. One bedroom has two beds (90 cm wide), the three others have double beds (1.40 m wide). Two of the bedrooms have access to the southern balcony, the two others to the eastern balcony. All bathrooms are equipped with washstand and shower.
