The house Anna Maria in Les Issambres is a cozy, quietly situated house with nice, level garden and mediterranean plants. Large, partly covered terrace with beautiful view of the sea. Garage (with washing machine) and parking on the grounds. Electrical heating.
Ca. 500 m to the sea and the next shops and ca 1,5 km to the centre. A nice restaurant is in walking distance.
						All rooms have French doors onto the terrace with sea view. The living room is equipped with a chimney and a TV set; the kitchen has a refrigerator-freezer, a gas stove and oven. The terrace is roofed in front of the kitchen and the living room. Both bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two beds) have a sea view and a french door onto the terrace. They share one bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet. The bathroom has a window.
