About 3km from the centres of Les Issambres and St. Aygulf, but there are other shopping possibilities nearer to the house. About 1km from the sea. The next sandy beach is La Gaillarde.
						The upper level comprises a living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. French windows open onto a roofed balcony with panoramic view. The TV in the living room offers only French programs. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic stove top, oven, kitchen hood and a gas-fired plancha type grill.
		One of the bedrooms has a double bed (1.60m large) and sea view. Both other bedrooms are oriented towards the entrance side of the house; one has two bunk beds but no wardrobe, the other an extendable bed. The bathroom contains a washstand and a shower.
		The pool is secured through protective grating. Three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms can be rented on demand on the lower level.
