Large house with six bedrooms, a beautiful sea view, spacious garden and a large swimming pool (11 m by 4 m). The house has three levels: A pool level,a garden level and an upper floor. Gas heated barbecue. Several parkings on the grounds. The house is heated with electric radiators.
Roughly 50 m to a traiteur shop that sells bread, croissants and newspapers. About 100 m to the sea (rocks) and 10 min by feet to the next sandy Beach. The supermarkets in the village centre are about two kilometres away.
						An exterior staircase leads from the garden level to the upper floor. This level has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a living room with balcony and sea view. One bedroom has a double bed ( 1.4 m large) and a balcony with sea view. A bathroom with shower and washstand separates the bedroom from the corridor. Another bedroom with garden view is equipped with four bunkbeds. A second bathroom with shower and washstand and a separate toilet are accessible from the corridor.
		The apartment on the garden level contains two bedrooms, another living room with dinette,the kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. One bedroom has a double bed ( 1.4 m large) and sea view. Another bedroom with garden view is equipped with four bunkbeds.A bathroom with tub and washstand. French windows open from the living room onto a large balcony with sea view. The kitchen is open towards the living room and contains a dishwashing machine, a large refrigerator and a separate freezer, an induction stovetop, a kitchen hood and and oven. An adjoining compartment contains a washing machine.
		The rooms on pool level are accessible from the side of the house. Two bedrooms with sea view, double beds (each 1.4 m large) and French windows opening onto the pool. One bathroom with shower and washstand and one separate toilet.
