						The living room with an eating area has a sleeper couch, a chimney, a HiFi set and a SAT-TV with DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with a four flame cooker, microwave oven and refrigerator-freezer. A dishwasher and a washing machine are located in adjoining utility room. A built-in, separate toilet .
		The entrance is on a mezzanine floor which leads to the two bedrooms, the bathroom and through a stairway to the living room. Both bedrooms have a reversible aircondition. One bedroom with double bed, the other with a single bed and a futon. The bathroom is equipped with tub and basin. The toilets are separate. A brick grill is on the pool terrace.
