Quietly situated standalone house with sea view and swimming pool (ca. 8m by 4m). terrace and pool area are protected from outside view. 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Parkings on the grounds. Electric heating.
Roughly ten minutes hill down to the next sandy beach, 1 km to the next shop and about 2.5 km to the village centre.
						The ground floor comprises the kitchen, the living room and the adjoining dining room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The kitchen, the living room and one bedroom have french windows opening onto the roofed terrace. The entrance leads to the lounge. On the left is the kitchen. The equipment comprises dishwasher, stove with ceramic stove top, refrigerator-freezer and microwave oven. A table with 6 chairs is placed under the roofed terrace in front of the kitchen. Both bedrooms on the ground floorhave separate beds. The bathroom is equipped with two washstands, bathtub and bidet. A staircase leads from the entrance to an open office space with studio couch on the first floor. The adjoining bedroom has a balcony with wide viwe of the sea and aprivate bathroom. The bed has two separate mattresses. The bathroom contains a double washstand, a tub, a bidet and a toilet. The swimmingpool terrace is protected from outside view and located below the house's terrace.
