The villa Fanaou in Les Issambres is a beautiful house situated on a hill, with pool (8 x 4) and panoramic sea view. Large, enclosed garden (1100 square m) with automatic sprinklers. Very quiet location. The house is protected by an alarm system. Parking on the grounds.
The house is about two kilometres from the beaches and shops.
						Two additional bedrooms, one with double bed (7 square m) and one with two connectable beds (8 square m) at the garden level. A shower with washbasin, bidet and toilet (3 square m). The pool is surrounded by a flagstone terrace. The entry (5 square m) leads to the living room (27 square m), two bedrooms (each 11 square m), kitchen (10 square m), bath (5 square m), separate toilet (2 square m) and a closet (8 square m). The living room has a fireplace and television, the French doors open onto a large, roofed terrace with very beautiful sea views and bricked-in grill. One bedroom with double bed, the second with two beds. The bath has a tub, washbasin and bidet. The kitchen is equipped with hotplates, a small oven, dish-washer and refrigerator-freezer combination with 270 l capacity. A washing machine is available.
