The villa Maures in Les Issambres is a large, well-kept house with gorgeous sea view. On the large, partly roofed terrace is a swimming pool (10m x 5m) and a summer kitchen. The house has a garage. A place to play Boule beneath the swimming pool.
Roughly ten minutes by foot to the next sandy beach, about 1 km to the next shop and 2,5 km to the centre.
						Right from the entrance a spacious living area of about 50 sqm with Chimney, TV, DVD player and HiFi equipment. Left from the entrance a bar, limiting the open kitchen with American refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave oven, two hotplates and a griddle plate. A french door leads to the roofed terrace with a further kitchenette. Adjacent are two bedrooms with double beds (140), sea view, TV and french doors onto the pool terrace. The bathroom has washstand and shower. In a closet: washing machine and tumble-dryer.
		Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate toilet are situated on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed (160), sea view, TV, a private bathroom (shower, bidet, double washstand) and balcony. One bedroom with double bed (140), sea view and TV, another with two beds, sea view and TV. A bathroom with two washstands and a shower.
		A side terrace is equipped with a grill, a sink, a shower and washstand and a toilet.
