The villa Onis in Les Issambres is a quietly located, single house with beautiful garden, swimming pool and sea view. Parkings on the grounds of approx. 1400 sqm. The house was completely converted in 2004 and is beautifully decorated. Closed garden with a huge palm tree between terrace and pool. Shaded terrace on the side of the house. Animals only on request.
Ca. 1 km to the sea and 1.5 km to the shops.
						The entrance gives access to three bedrooms, a stairway leads to the large living room the kitchen and another bedroom on the garden level. One of the upper bedrooms has a private bath, the two others share a bathroom. Two bedrooms with double beds - one with 160x190 cm, the other with 140x190. One bedroom has a balcony with view on the palm tree and the garden. The third bedroom has a single bed measuring 120x190 cm.
		The well lighted living room (with TV and HiFi set) on the garden level has access to both terraces (with gas-fired grill), the set-off dining area and the kitchen. The high roof provides pleasant temperatures even in hot weather. The kitchen is equipped with a four flame gas cooker, stove, microwave oven and diswasher; an adjoining utility room contains an american refrigerator and a washing machine. Behind lies the fourth bedroom with double bed (140x190cm) and private bath (shower, bidet and toilet).
