The villa Circe in Les Issambres is a quietly situated stand-alone house on one of the hills with nice sea view and swimming pool. The pool (8m by 4 m) can be used longer with telescopic roof. Closed garden, three terraces and a balcony. Parkings on the grounds. Central heating.
1500 m to the sea and to the nearest shops.
						On the entrance level: kitchen, dining room, living room, one bedroom and a bathroom. The partly open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, a ceramic stove, a microwave oven, a toaster and a coffee machine. Dishwasher and washing machine are placed in a closet.
		The dining room has a french door to the balcony and opens onto the living room. The latter is equipped with a chimney, a TV and a small HiFi system. The bedroom has a double bed. You can see the sea from the window. Adjoining a bathroom with washstand and tub. A separate toilet.
		A staircase leads from the living room to three bedrooms. Each bedroom has aprivate bathroom with shower and french doors opening onto the garden terrace. A further bedroom with private bath (tub) has a separate entrance on the garden level.
